Minerva Humanoids develops Roger, a humanoid prototype intended to let specialists work remotely in hazardous environments.
Company and development
The privately financed company was founded in late 2025 by Sandor Felber and Maurice Rahme. Its headquarters are in San Francisco, with offices in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and Sindelfingen, Germany. Minerva announced approximately $10 million in pre-seed funding on 6 October 2026. It says its initial prototypes are assembled in Germany and most software and AI development takes place in the United States.
Availability
Minerva announced paid pilots for autumn 2026. This does not establish a generally available product or a delivered UK customer installation. UK pricing and a regional sales programme remain unverified.
